They ought to provide some basic "getting started" tech support for a nominal charge. It appears there is nowhere to turn to for help (Amazon makes you have some sort of premium account in order to obtain support) and this is about to cause me to quit trying. My SonicWALL says the tunnel is up, but I cannot connect to my AWS computer. I have created all the pieces (I think) to be able to connect. When I click "Create VPN Connection" I see input fields for "Name tag", "Virtual Private Gateway", "Customer Gateway" (existing/new), "Customer Gateway ID", "Routing Options", and a group of four settings for "Tunnel Options" - which all say "Generated by Amazon" but appear to be fill-able. The above steps don't match what I see.įor example, Step 3 says "Set the IP address to the internal IP address". Still looking for a concise set of instructions for creating an AWS environment that contains a single VM and connects to a SonicWALL firewall VPN.
